well it`s official... WP can`t help..

gl-suspension told me that they can service the fork but the stanchions can`t be coated because he said they are aluminium and it ca`t be coated twice....
it`s odd because i knew that you could do a ti nitride on aluminium....

Try my suspension man at hksuspension.nl. He is a former WP dealer and has a lot of race connections. One thing I can tell you: it ain't cheap!!!

GL only helps with the service like most of the guys out there
so far my only option is Gavin from GForce Suspension in the UK who is willing to take on the challenge
. Fingers crossed for spares in belgium. If not it`s Kashima coat on the stanchions at Gavin via Japan.
I`ll be goddamed if I don`t do my best for this fork.
Maybe in the near future people will have the ball to take on rare aluminium stanchions.

finally after long searching over the internet I found the only pair of original stanchions for the RCMA 5000 .
new oil , seals and bushing (SKF) and my baby is ready to roll

For normal, they shouldn't wear significantly. But yours did...so the only thing supporting wear is when you tighten the screws of your tripple clamps too much. These forks react very easy to too much pressure on the clamps.
