DRIVERS • All licensed or unlicensed drivers are accepted • If the driver is a minor: contact us before placing the order  INSURANCE • Box23 offers you Civil Liability on all your rides in France and abroad. Individual accident insurance available for sale during the administrative process  >> See our insurance page and the options offered  INVOICE • Your invoice will be available a few days before the event, please present it on the morning of the ride, on paper or on your smartphone during the administrative checks.  AMENITIES: • You have the possibility to sleep in the paddock  • Water, electricity, and toilets are available  • You are required to leave the premises on the last day of riding at 7 p.m.  INSTALLATION: • You can arrive on the circuit the day before riding between 6 p.m./7 p.m. and midnight. PLEASE NOTE: from midnight it will no longer be possible to enter the circuit grounds.  • Free space in the paddock  ADMINISTRATIVE:  • The administrative is done the day before the ride from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and in the morning from 7 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.  BRIEFING • The Briefing starts at 8 a.m., it is MANDATORY for all participants. RECEPTION • Free coffee TIRE MOUNTING • A paid service is offered on site to mount your tires on removed rims only. • All types of tires are accepted for mounting. • If the tires are purchased from Box23, in this case the mounting is free. BOX RENTAL: Box reservations are made BEFORE the event on our website accessed via this link: >>> BOX RENTAL .  Without prior reservation we cannot guarantee the availability of a box. Payments by check are not accepted.  REMINDER: only drivers who have rented a Box can install equipment behind the boxes (truck, car, tent, etc.)
