DRIVERS • All licensed or unlicensed drivers are accepted. • If the driver is a minor: contact us before placing the order  INSURANCE • Box23 offers you Civil Liability on all your rides in France and abroad. PLEASE NOTE: HOSPITALIZATION INSURANCE IS COMPULSORY FOR DRIVING IN SPAIN: you must present proof of hospitalization coverage on site: license from your national federation, private insurance covering you abroad, European health card, etc.  If you are not covered for Aragon and Valencia, you can subscribe to the circuit insurance at the rate of €25 per day, subscription ONLY on our website, no sales on site.  The Jerez and Barcelona circuits do not offer an insurance solution, you must have the European health card or subscribe to private insurance.  >> See our insurance page and the options offered  INVOICE • Your invoice will be available a few days before the event, please present it on the morning of the ride, on paper or on your smartphone during the administrative checks. Please download and complete the MANDATORY circuit waiver to give to us on site on the day.  AMENITIES: • You have the possibility to sleep in the paddock  • Water, electricity, and toilets are available  • You are required to leave the premises on the last day of the ride at 7 p.m.  INSTALLATION: • You can arrive on the circuit from the day before the ride between 6 p.m. / 7 p.m. and midnight. PLEASE NOTE: from midnight it will no longer be possible to enter the circuit grounds.  • Free space in the paddock  ADMINISTRATIVE:  • The administrative is done the day before the ride from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and in the morning from 7 a.m. to 7:45 a.m.  BRIEFING • The Briefing starts at 8 a.m., it is MANDATORY for all participants. RECEPTION • Free coffee TIRE MOUNTING • A paid service is offered on site to mount your tires on removed rims only. • All types of tires are accepted for mounting. • If the tires are purchased from Box23, in this case the mounting is free. BOX RENTAL: Box reservations are made BEFORE the event on our website accessed via this link: >>> BOX RENTAL .  Without prior reservation we cannot guarantee the availability of a box. Payments by check are not accepted.  REMINDER: only drivers who have rented a Box can install equipment behind the boxes (truck, car, tent, etc.)
