So you have everything, you need.
Mount that plate, don't care about that ABS-light and adjust the DTC with the RCK as you like! ;)
Ganz schön wird's zum Glück nie.

I recently installed the cover plate on the DTC and removed the pump but since then I'm unable to change to slick mode. I can actually change it but it always switches back to the previous setting. Do I need to do anything special? In the RKC2, the ABS is OFF.

.. you have the wrong Version from the Data on your ECU.
I guess - you have an 2012 MÜ Model built in 2011 ?!
A friend have the same problem. Change the flash from the ecu and use rck1.

I found the issue, is was as simple as deleting the adaptation values in the RKC2.

Hi to all, and sorry my German is not really great :-)

I am really interested into this topic...I also have a BMW S1000RR 2012-14 model.

I have the slick mode enabled, but no calibration kit or flashed ecu, but I would like to remove the hydraulic pump and put that plug from Alpha racing.
A part of the ABS flashing light everything should be fine even if I don't have the flashed ECU and RCK, right ?

Thanks a lot to all :-)

"google translator is terrible"

Try deepl Translator. This is quite good in my opinion.
