In the user manual, we were asked from our insurances to describe the accident scenario tested in crash tests repeatedly, in accredited scientific laboratories. In reality dozens of inflations have been recorded in different types of accidents, since the In&motion airbag technology is used. The airbag was activated in collisions with a car or other vehicle, a loss of adhesion of the front wheel, a slide on ice, etc. and accident speeds are between 10 and 130 km/h.
For the moment we cannot guarantee the deployement of the airbag in lowsiders and highsiders in street mode jet, but we already had people who inflated in these kind of incidents. We are working on integrating them the more and more into the system, but this needs time.
In track mode the airbag doesn't integrate frontal chocs, because they are not commun on track.
So if you use the airbag, please respect the street and track mode, because the speed limits and angles are not the same.
